Solon · AI decision governance
Work with us
We are looking for a few teams to collaborate with us as design partners on refund and exception workflows. You keep your policy in your Git repo and your evidence in your stack.

What a design partnership is
A focused 30 days on one workflow. We help you get set up, work with you to encode your current exception practice as policy, and review the loop together as real decisions run through it. It is a collaboration, not a purchase.
What you keep
- Your policy repository, in your Git host.
- Your evidence and decision history.
- Every rule you merge, and the option to walk away with nothing locked in.
What we ask
- Two to four reviewers, typically support managers.
- About 30 minutes a week of feedback.
- One integration point for your decision function.
What you shape
Design partner feedback decides what we build next: the reviewer surface, reconciliation quality, and the runtime adapters. Early partners have direct access to the team.

- AI decision governance: AI decision governance governs whether a decision was right, not just what an agent can do. Solon learns from human overrides and turns them into versioned policy.
- How Solon turns overrides into policy: Capture every decision, cluster repeated overrides, draft a policy pull request, and keep the merge a human decision. The loop, step by step.
- Refund and exception decisions, made consistent: Goodwill refunds and exceptions vary by manager and shift. Solon makes the precedent explicit, versioned, and consistent across every reviewer.
- Frequently asked questions: What AI decision governance is, how Solon learns from human overrides, what a design partnership looks like, and what stays a human decision.
- Built in the open: Solon's product principles, architecture, dated decisions, and build log are public. Curated in the open; every entry is merged by a human.
- Privacy note: What the Solon design partner form collects, why, where it lives, and how to have it deleted.
- See the loop on a real case: Walk one recorded refund case end to end: a System One model proposes, Solon escalates, you override as the manager, and three similar overrides become a policy pull request.
